Ensemble works

On a stage, you can tell "a" story, or you can tell "your own" story.

Composition and improvisation are, from a certain point of view, two sides of the same coin. Wanting to

tell an entirely personal story is one of the motivations for my writing music for my project-ensembles.

One of the most important elements in chamber music is the interaction. These relationships can arise

at various levels between the individual musicians with each other as well as in the ensemble as a whole,

with the environment and the audience.

Unique moments of encounter are possible, by exploring this phenomenon. The task in composing

chamber-music is to make this possible, or perhaps even to initiate this.
